Laurel Leadership is an executive coaching, team performance building, and organizational development consulting service offered to experienced and emerging leaders and companies looking to grow.

Tasked with creating the visual identity for the brand and website, I built off the laurel tree, a symbol synonymous with achievement, and selected a green color palette, a color that evokes a feeling of abundance and is associated with refreshment and peace, rest, and security.

I worked with Laurel Leadership to create a logo and brand identity to help establish and grow business.
